In my role as a Production Assistant for Then & Now Podcast, I helped shape both the content and audience engagement of the series. I created interview questions designed to spark engaging conversations between student participants. As a Production Assistant, I coordinated and conducted casting outreach to increase engagement for episodes, aiming to facilitate authentic and meaningful conversations between participants. I also assisted in developing marketing content for social media platforms to help promote upcoming episode releases.
